Style Construction carries out work which can be “fixed price” or “Cost Plus” and the contracts are drawn up accordingly.
We obtain all of our contracts from the Master Builders Association of NSW so to abide by all current policies.

When it comes to quotes, you need to be as specific as possible with your plans. This will ensure the quotes are as comparable and
accurate as possible. Style Construction has a valid Builders License number 249760C as well as Public Liability, Workers Compensation
and OH&S. We also only use fully insured and licensed Sub-Contractors.
